At this time, customers are unable to customize boxes for certain dietary restrictions or food allergies. However, we hope to be able to offer this option in the future. If you have any allergies please take extra caution. Most snacks may have been manufactured in a facility were nuts and other allergens are handled. Latino Box is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by consuming the snacks and anything we include in our boxes. Please consume at your own risk. The Original Latino Box is 10x10x3 inches, and can weigh between 2-3.5 lbs. The Mini Latino Box is 9x6.5x2 and can weigh between 0.7 to 1 lb.
Latino Boxes are shipped between the 20th and the 23rd of each month, when you order by the 17th of any given month. (The 17th is our cut-off window). If you are purchasing one of the "PREVIOUS MONTHS" boxes on our One-Time Shop, your item will be shipped within 2 business days.
Free to the US (including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and military addresses). For other countries, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout.
For now, we are shipping to the United States, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greenland, Italy, Japan, Norway, Russia, Sweden and United Kingdom. We are currently working on adding more countries. If you would like to purchase one of our boxes, and your country is not listed, please email us to email@example.com and we'll look into it possibility of shipping to you.
Although we do our best to pack shipments as securely as possible, we have no control during the journey to your doorstep. But no worries, shoot us an email with your order number, name and a picture of the broken item, to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to replace any damaged items.
We know how exciting it is when you know your Latino Box is coming! We will send you your tracking number as soon as your box leaves our shipment facility. Please check your spam or promotions tabs and add email@example.com to your contact list.
Log into your account > Update shipping address. Please note that we are unable to make changes to the shipping address for a box once the order has been processed. Address must be changed by the end of any given month, to take effect on the following month's delivery.
Email us to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. Once the box is returned back to us, we will contact you and ask if we should ship it to the right address. If the box was sent to the wrong address due to our fault or the carrier's fault, we will re-ship to you at no charge. Otherwise, we charge a $5.00 reshipping fee for the Mini Box and $10.00 for the Original Box to US locations, and $10 to $20 for Canada.

Our billing policy varies according to your subscription type (monthly, every 3 months or every 6 months). 1) For monthly subscriptions you will be billed as follows: first payment upon sign up and then on a recurring basis on the first of each month. As you are charged upon signup, you won't be charged your first recurring payment until we are ready to send your second box. 2) For the "every 3 months" subscription you will be billed as follows: immediately upon sign up, and then on the 1st day of the fourth consecutive month.(e.g. you signed up on November 1st, next billing date would be February 1st) 3) For the semi-anual subscription you will be billed as follows: immediatelly upon sign up, and then on the 1st day of the 7th consecutive month. (e.g. you signed up on November 1st, next billing date would be April 1st).
You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, by logging in to your account. After logging in, you'll see the "Edit" option below your current subscription, you can either cancel or skip a month if you wish. Please note, make sure to cancel before the 1st day of any given month, if you do not wish to receive the month's box. (e.g. cancel any day from November 1st to November 30th, to avoid receiving the December box.)
Easy! Log in to your account, on the left hand side, you'll see the "Edit" option below your current subscription. Click on "Edit", choose your new plan. (Note: modifications must be made by the last day of any given month, for the changes to apply to the following month. e.g. modify your plan from Mini Box to Original Box by November 30th to receive the December Original Box.
Unfortunately we do not support returns for products that have been already shipped. We print shipping labels on the 14th of each month. In the event that your box hasn't shipped, and shipping label has not been printed, we may issue a refund upon request via email to email@example.com

Yes, you can reactivate your subscription by logging into your account.
Subscription upgrades (and downgrades for that matter) does not upgrade immediately. Upgrade must be made before the renewal date, to take effect on the following month. e.g: Renewal date is the 1st. If you upgrade on the 15th of December, your upgrade will take effect on January.
Yes, we do. If you are interested, please email us to email@example.com telling us about you and your page/channel, including number of followers/viewers and your monthly stats. Only US-based social media bloggers/influencers at the moment. Due to the large number of emails we receive from influencers, please allow up to three weeks to get back to you, thank you for understanding.
